Refund & Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to or purchasing from NoteXpress, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:

1. Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be raised within 2 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the student has already attended a live class.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

2. Digital Products (E-books & Notes PDFs)

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  • In case of duplicate or accidental purchase, please contact our support team.

3. Physical Products (Books & Printed Notes)

  • Refund or replacement is only allowed if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our team.

4. Cancellations

  • Subscription cancellations can be requested anytime.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the above rules (2-day window, no class attended).

Automatic subscription renewal can be disabled in your account settings.

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be provided for:
  • Failure to attend scheduled classes.
  • Internet or device issues at the student’s end.

Change of mind after the refund period.
